Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund, provided the order has not already shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Cancellations made within this window are free of charge — no cancellation fee applies.

After Shipment

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. Change-of-mind returns after shipment remain subject to a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
