All products sold by Syringa Collective LLC, including plotters, printers, and routers, are backed by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty coverage—including duration, terms, and conditions—varies by brand and product model. Please refer to the product manual, warranty card, or manufacturer documentation included with your purchase for specific coverage details.

2. Product Quality & Damaged Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your product arrives defective or malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to coordinate a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and our Return & Refund Policy.

Upon Delivery

To help protect your warranty rights:

  • Inspect the package upon delivery.

  • If visible damage exists (even to the box), note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • If you suspect hidden damage and cannot inspect immediately, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

Reporting Damage

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Email clear photos of:

    • The packaging

    • The damaged product

    • The shipping label

5. Shipping & Labor Responsibilities

Unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer:

  • Shipping the product back for warranty evaluation may be your responsibility.

  • If a repair or replacement is approved, outbound shipping of the replacement product may be covered by us or the manufacturer.

  • Labor, installation, diagnostic, or service fees are not covered under standard manufacturer warranties.

Freight items may require coordination with approved carriers.
