What is your Return Policy?

At Syringa Collective, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@syringacollective.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Product Description

The FLUX Ador is a versatile desktop laser system that combines laser cutting, engraving, and color printing in a single modular platform. Designed for crafters, educators, designers, sellers, and small businesses, Ador provides a flexible way to move from an idea to a finished product without requiring multiple machines.

The core system is available with a 10W or 20W diode laser module. The interchangeable design also allows users to expand the machine with optional 2W infrared and color printing modules, giving Ador the ability to work across different materials and creative applications.

The diode laser is suited to materials such as wood, leather, paper, and fabric, while the optional infrared module expands engraving capabilities to materials including metals and certain plastics. The 20W diode configuration provides additional cutting power, including the ability to cut up to 15 mm cypress wood in one pass under specified conditions.

For users who want to add color to their laser projects, the optional printing module uses CMYK eco-solvent ink to create single-color, blended-color, and gradient effects on suitable flat surfaces. This makes it possible to cut or engrave a project and then add customized color without moving it to a separate printer.

Ador's 8MP camera preview makes positioning designs straightforward, while built-in autofocus helps establish the correct working distance. With engraving speeds of up to 400 mm/s and a 5-inch smart dashboard, the machine is designed to keep the workflow simple while providing control over the job.

The enclosed design incorporates laser-safe materials and Class 1 laser safety compliance, while an emergency stop button provides an additional safety measure during operation.

Interchangeable Modules

10W / 20W Diode Laser

The primary laser module handles cutting and engraving on materials such as wood, leather, paper, and fabric. The 20W version provides greater cutting capability than the 10W model.

2W Infrared Laser Module

An optional 2W, 1064 nm infrared laser expands Ador's engraving capabilities to materials such as stainless steel, copper, aluminum, gold, brass, titanium, silver, iron, and ABS plastic.

Printing Module

The optional printing module adds CMYK color printing to suitable flat surfaces. It supports 300 DPI for single-color printing and 150 DPI for blended-color printing, allowing single, blended, and gradient effects.
