QIDI MAX4 High-Temperature Large-Format CoreXY 3D Printer

Take on large, demanding 3D printing projects with the QIDI MAX4, a high-performance CoreXY 3D printer engineered for speed, precision, high-temperature materials, and large-format production. With a generous 390 × 390 × 340 mm build volume, the MAX4 gives makers, engineers, designers, and manufacturers the space needed to produce large functional parts and prototypes in fewer print cycles.

The MAX4 reaches toolhead speeds of up to 800 mm/s with acceleration up to 30,000 mm/s², while its FOC closed-loop stepper motors and rigid CoreXY structure provide smooth and stable motion. The upgraded 1.5GT belt system, high-hardness linear guide rail, and dual independent Z-axis lead screws help maintain precision and minimize vibration artifacts during high-speed printing.

For advanced engineering materials, the MAX4 combines a 370°C high-temperature print head with a third-generation independently heated chamber reaching up to 65°C. This allows reliable printing with materials such as ABS, ASA, Nylon, PC, and carbon- or glass-fiber-reinforced polymers, while active chamber temperature control helps reduce warping on large prints.

The MAX4 also features a 390 × 390 mm ultra-uniform heated bed reaching up to 120°C. Its full-surface silicone heating system is designed to provide consistent temperatures and strong first-layer adhesion across the large printing surface.

Automatic leveling is handled by a load-cell sensor integrated into the hotend, allowing the nozzle itself to detect the print surface for hands-free, zero-offset leveling. The printer also includes an AI camera for monitoring common printing problems, a 3-in-1 air filtration system, power-loss recovery, input shaping, and multi-sensor temperature monitoring.

For multi-color and multi-material printing, the MAX4 COMBO works with the QIDI Box system. Up to four QIDI Boxes can be connected to enable printing with up to 16 different colors or materials, while the QIDI Box also provides filament drying and automatic spool switching for longer, uninterrupted prints.
