If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We recommend checking your shipment as soon as it arrives. If you notice any issues with the packaging—even minor exterior damage—be sure to note it on the delivery confirmation before signing. If you’re unable to fully inspect the contents at that time but have concerns, mark the receipt with “suspected damage.”
