3. Return Eligibility

We currently sell and ship within the United States.

Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product, subject to the conditions below.

3.1 Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all labels, manuals, accessories, and tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to partial refund.

  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Return shipping will be covered by Syringa Collective LLC.

6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of receipt.

  • Item must meet all eligibility conditions.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

  • We will offer either:

    • A replacement product, or

    • A full refund, including return shipping costs.


6.3 Incorrect Product Received

  • We will arrange return shipping at our expense and ship the correct product promptly.
