Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free standard shipping on most orders within the continental United States.

  • Freight charges for oversized or LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments will be calculated at checkout if applicable.

All shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout. There are no hidden handling fees.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will typically begin processing the same business day.

Weekend & Holiday Orders

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note: High-demand periods may result in extended processing times.


5. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (United States)

  • Freight shipments: 5–10 business days depending on location and carrier scheduling

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

8. Delivery Issues

If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package:

If items are missing from your shipment:

  • Provide your order number and description of the missing item(s)

We will investigate and either ship the missing item(s) or issue a refund, if appropriate.


10. Returns & Refunds

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Product must not show signs of installation or damage

Certain items may be non-returnable due to manufacturer restrictions.

Return Shipping

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection of the returned item.
