The FSL Atlas Alloy Flatbed Metal Cutting Fiber Laser is a high-performance production system designed for rapidly cutting full-size metal sheets in 4' x 8' and 5' x 10' formats. Using a solid-state 1070nm fiber laser, Atlas Alloy delivers fast, precise metal cutting with low operating costs and a kerf as narrow as 25µm.

Designed as an in-house metal fabrication solution, Atlas Alloy can process a wide range of metals including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, gold, and silver. Its fiber laser technology provides significantly higher metal absorption efficiency than traditional CO2 lasers, while eliminating the need for beam-alignment mirrors.

The system features a capacitive auto-height cutting head, closed-loop servo motors with ball screws, refrigerated water cooling, programmable assist gas control, and an enclosed design for enhanced operational safety.

Multiple laser power and bed-size configurations are available to accommodate different production requirements.
